How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You have two easy options:

Refund timing

Once approved, Paddle will return the full purchase amount to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
